FPSO On-board Representative

Job Summary:

The OBR and Field Representative is responsible for the business delivery of the assigned unit, providing day-to-day oversight and prioritization of site-based teams and contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. The role requires effective contractor management, risk mitigation, and operational leadership to deliver asset performance in accordance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

Responsibilities:

• Oversee contractor and company safety performance, ensuring adherence to company policies, expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead active risk identification and management of operational, personal, and process safety risks.
• Maintain high focus and leadership on delivery of safety, contractual, and environmental targets.
• Manage emergency situations at site in accordance with the ERP.
• Accountable for site adherence to planning processes, schedule, and operational readiness for work execution.
• Monitor and optimize operating performance against the plan, including vulnerability and loss identification and management.
• Lead the site team in delivering asset performance against production targets, ensuring production optimization as per field targets.
• Drive efficiency improvements to maximize contractor performance and cost efficiency.
• Review maintenance activities execution against plan and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate SIMOPs between contractor and company for logistics and subsea/wells as applicable.
• Drive Operations Excellence across team and contractor, ensuring conformance to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or equivalent industry experience
• 15 years of experience in a Operating site
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership behaviours
• Work experience in managing Oil & Gas operations
• Clear knowledge and track record of HSE leadership
• Experience in contract management and holding contractors to account
• Strategic business delivery experience
• Strong communication skills
• Preferencial: holder of OIM OPITO certificate
