Support the Reservoir Manager and Reservoir Management Section leads to seek relevant expertise and drive technical excellence, providing technical coaching and verification as needed. Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement between teams.

  • Risk Management – Work with Reservoir Manager, Reservoir Management Section Lead and other Senior advisors to ensure that work planning is fit for purpose, cross discipline integration is appropriate and self-verification (SV) plans are in place and completed for technical work. Promote a technical “speak up” culture that probes understanding and communication of uncertainty and risk in the integrated products and drives closure of gaps identified through Self Verification

  • People Development – Actively support personal development needs, goal setting, and support create a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and sustainable performance delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out/updating the most challenging Reservoir Engineering studies, making dynamic models by using Company’s software (i.e. ECHELON, ECLIPSE,INTERSECT) based on well data records, PVT, seismic and rock data, properly reflecting the reservoir uncertainties

  • Interacting with the Geology and Geophysicist/Sedimentology and petrophysics advisors, whenever necessary, during the construction and valuation of static and dynamic models.

  • Proven ability to provide reservoir technical coaching, technical assurance, and leadership of Reservoirs, enabling action by showing direction and giving autonomy.

  • Empower and motivate people to seek technical guidance and own the quality of their technical work

    • Use judgement to define when and how to influence stakeholders, when to provide support or direction, when to get directly involved in technical delivery or verification, and when to delegate accountability.
